You agree to pay via electronic email transfer for all charges to your Account. We only accept e-transfers as a means to avoid credit card fees that can increase our cost by up to 5%. The electronic email transfer must be received within 1 hour of placing an order or it will auto-cancel. The secret question is always “What is your invoice number”. The answer must be the correct order# located on your receipt to properly complete your order. Upon receipt of the etransfer notification, we will change the order status from On-Hold to In-Progress. We will only accept your e-transfer AFTER the order has been shipped and we changed the status to Completed.
