Shipping Policy

Provider & Delivery

Shipping is within Canada only through Canada Post. Orders will be shipped within 2 business days of receiving payment via e-transfer. Deliveries will vary depending on Canada Post delivery times and locations. Expect an average 3-8 business days after leaving our facility in Kelowna, B.C.

Delivery times are not guaranteed. Shipping will be via regular mail or express-post, depending on the location.  

International and U.S. shipping not available.

Address Errors, damages, lost shipment

Ananda Pets is not liable for cost resulting in shipping to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned as “undeliverable”, shipping charges will be billed to the customer, even if the order originally warranted free shipping.

Please contact us if your product arrived damaged. We will coordinate with Canada Post and ensure the issue is resolved to your satisfaction.
